I have never been around a coach, who understands me so well. I am not a very “coachable” person. Although I learn fast, my busy and stressful life makes development of healthy habits challenging. Francisco showed me that not everything has to be done immediately and that I easily can come up with my very own flexible schedule. Regular long distance walks are not worse than marathon runs, and that 7AM yoga or meditation can be a real day-changer. Francisco showed me some useful tricks on how to quickly prepare good quality meals and suggested kitchen accessories that helped to speed up this process (like my awesome and ultra powerful smoothie blender). I gained energy, forgot about my headaches, stopped having sleeping problems and learned how to pay attention to myself, which for a working mum seemed literally impossible.
